The ICRIR is led by Chief Commissioner Sir Declan Morgan, a former Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland, and Commissioner for Investigations Peter Sheridan, among others. Their leadership aims to ensure that the Commission effectively addresses the complex legacy of the Troubles, providing clarity and fostering healing for those affected.
